IT O365 Service Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Being a Service Owner and global contact person for Microsoft Office 365 demands SharePoint & Teams;
- Being an IT Business Partner;
- Consulting and implementing new SharePoint webpages;
- Migrating from classic File Services or SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint online;
- Creating, maintaining, and developing SharePoint pages and Teams Channels;
- Administrating Exchange Online mail flow, quarantined messages, and checking recommendations, Intune and Azure AD;
- Connecting external companies to Entra ID (Azure AD);
- Analyzing of issue reporting related to Microsoft 365;
- Workflow and PowerApp designing and developing;
- Working in close cooperation with the Global IT Team.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- SharePoint;
- Teams;
- Conditional Access rules;
- Intune management of mobile devices and Clients;
- Azure AD;
- Exchange Online, Mailflow, managed domains.
- Basic knowledge
- PowerApps;
- SharePoint Migration from on-prem to online;
- Data protection GDPR.
- Self-organization skills;
- Working with IT Ticket system;
- English fluently, German is a plus;
- Willing to travel from time to time with onboarding activities in Germany.
