For our client, one of the leading suppliers of products, systems, and concepts from development to high-tech production, we are looking for an IT Datacenter Administrator / IT Server Administrator.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and being responsible for the maintenance of Servers;
• VMware ESXi administration;
• Creating reports, tasks, and recommendations;
• Implementing and continuous improvement of Datacenter Monitoring;
• Reporting or managing of service issues on Servers;
• Monitoring of Syslog Services;
• Working in close cooperation with the Global IT Team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in this area;
• Knowledge about Datacenter Services
•         Server Infrastructure;
•         Networking logic;
•         Monitoring demands;
•         Server Operating System knowledge Windows (90%) & Linux Suse/Debian (10%).
• VMware ESX, VM Server, and VDI Administration;
• Experience working with IT Ticket System;
• English – advanced level, German - advantage;
• Willing to travel from time to time with onboarding activities in Germany.
