Advanced Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing projects per FLP (Production preparation & industrialisation) from quote to EOP;
- Being responsible for the timing & coordination of launch activities, design, build, and commissioning of new production lines and modifications;
- Developing equipment (tooling & capital) standards for CVS products;
- Supporting & creating SOWs for tools/equipment;
- Creating Manuf. System Design (MSD) and PCE /AME sheets for new projects;
- Ensuring participation for Design Review and Drawing review;
- Being responsible and performing PFMEA before ordering (tools, equipment);
- Designing and standardising poke-yoke systems into the manufacturing process;
- Supporting the continuous improvement of existing product lines in the located plant related to production equipment and tools according to company standards;
- Ensuring transfer of technical knowledge and preventing reoccurrence of failures ( A3 thinking);
- Supporting the technical purchase department during the supplier nomination process for process equipment, taking part in concept meetings, and checking the concept against the specifications;
- Ensuring that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed in accordance with QS9000 AND IATF16949.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or comparable;
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles;
- Injection Mold and Blow Mold experience (desirable);
- Understanding of production and program-based schedules;
- Change Management (ECM);
- Risk Management / FMEA/ Risk Assessment;
- English language skills are needed.
